Donna Deetz has been in the
“people” development field for over twenty years. With an educational
background at Webster University and Master’s work at Tulane
University, she has managed training activities for businesses as large
as 3,000 employees and as small as five. She has been involved in the
start-up and development of numerous non-profit agencies and has run
several small businesses. Donna has received her PHR certication as
well as ASTD’S HPI Certificate in Learning Design, and certifications
in DDI Facilitation, Seven Habits, Targeted Selection, Myers-Briggs,
and Harvard Business School Training Director’s Boot Camp.

Laurelanne Bellezzo has 20 plus years experience in the education
field having both taught and been the editor of a number of educational
textbooks. Her management experience is in the fields of
educational publishing, and customer service and call centers.
Having managed groups as large as 300 customer service representatives,
Laurelanne has developed and delivered a variety of training programs
for the customer service and call center arena. She has taken
thse programs as far away as India, and built a strong portfolio of
projects. In addition to her B.A., Laurelanne has a M.A. in
Education with an emphasis in supervision and curriculum development.
