I would like to strongly recommend a presentation we just did for our
Elected Prosecutors on the Myers-Briggs Personality Assessment.
I took the idea from our meeting in Savannah. The group is called Performance Plus Associates based out of Jefferson City, MO.
We had about 80 Prosecutors, and we sent the assessment to them in
advance, they received their personal assessments at our meeting and we
held a workshop for about 3 1/2 hours. I'd say about 2/3 responded --
with some nudging from us. I warned Donna this would be a skeptical
group. Within the first hour, all were very in to this and many are
still raving. They did the workshop dividing us into four groups--for
each personality and doing an exercise. We put the ones who didn't fill
it out in a fifth group so they were involved. At the end, most of them
asked to fill out the assessment and have it mailed to them.
Donna and Tammy were very appropriate to our group and if was very
successful. The PA's reaction exceeded my expectations. We had a few
approach them to set this up for their offices and I and the rest of
the prosecutors would strongly recommend this.
